Studies On The Countermeasures About The Incomes Increasing And Distribution Improvement Of Farmers In Huaihua

The incomes increasing of farmers and the improvement of status of incomesdistribution are the core issue to construct the harmonious social and build upsocialist new countryside. It was showed that the study concludes that the currentfocus on the macroeconomic level and it was of rare that studies on small district asHuaihua when I searched literature retrieval about studying on incomes increasingand distribution improvement of farmers.In this paper, it is the research object that the problem of farmers incomes inHuaihua, and I investigated the characteristics of farmers incomes and thecountermeasures of increasing incomes and improving incomes distribution in depthin existence in Huaihua The basic characteristics and reasons of farmers incomes inHuaihua were analyzed through the method of the Marxist dialectical materialism andhistorical materialism in this study. It was characterized by the low-income farmers,the slow growth, the irrational structure of the income gap, and not reasonableconstruction, the large gap of incomes. The economy reasons were the law ofmarginalization of diminishing returns, and agricultural products had a low elasticityof demand, in the end the economy recourses were limited. It was the cardinal reasonthat the natural economy construction made the laws display unusually clear.Therefore, in order to solve the problem of the income of farmers in Huaihua, itwas necessary to tap the potential of agricultural production, strengthen theconstruction of agricultural services system, to realize the transformation of the modeof growth of agricultural production; and accelerate development the agro-processingindustry for the transfer of agricultural labors and raise the added value of agriculturalproducts, and accelerate the transfer of agricultural laborers to non-agricultural sectors,accelerate rural development and poverty alleviation in the rural social securitysystem, to improve the status of the farmers income distribution.Increasing the income of farmers and improving the status of the farmers incomedistribution dependent on many factors and social conditions, According to this research, the mentioned were the major policies and measures for increasing theincomes of farmers and improving the status of income distribution in Huaihua, butsome of the programs may be, or even a dominant force.
