Research On The Support Of Scientific Research And Polytechnic Services To Manufacturing Industry In Jiangsu

S&P services and manufacturing industry have close relation. As the main constituent of the research and design in manufacturing industry, S&P service has the important support function to the manufacturing industry's stable growth and structure optimization. Based on the statistics yearbook of Jiangsu and the data of input-output table, this article conducts empirical study on the present situation of S&P services and the support of this industry to the manufacturing industry. Finally, above the research conclusion, this article proposes the policy. Here is the main content:In the basic concept part of S&P services and manufacturing industry, the paper gives expatiation on definition, classification and developing significance of S&P services and modern services, and then analyses the support of S&P services to manufacturing industry using the theory of work division, industry amalgamation and value chain.In the part of analyses to the relevance of S&P services and manufacturing industry, firstly paper has done analysis to the present situation of S&P services and manufacturing industry in Jiangsu. Then paper gives detail analyses of the connect degree of S&P services and manufacturing industry in Jiangsu by using the method of case studies and logistic regression. Based on the analyses, there is high relevance of the both.In the part of estimation of S&P services'contribution to manufacturing industry in Jiangsu, paper gives the numerical calculation of S&P services'contribution to manufacturing industry using the input-output method from the aspects of manufacturing industry's output value,employment and capital.
