Strategic Human Resource Management For Independent Innovation In Private Enterprise

In 2006, China ascertained independent innovation for nation's development strategy. Since enterprise is the most important carrier which realizes the value of independent innovation, and private enterprise is a maximal enterprise group in our country, strengthening the private enterprise's capability of independent innovation will have a big strategic significance for improving the capability of our country's independent innovation. Human resource is a most important resource to an enterprise, it's much easier to realize the independent innovation if the human resource management works well. So the objective of this paper is to analyze the implement of independent innovation strategy in private enterprise by strategic human resource management.Based on analyzing the situation of independent innovation and human resource management in private enterprise, and tied in related theory research results, this paper holding that private enterprise can structure a strategic human resource management system, which is owing to the invested human resource management system, helping the enterprise put independent innovation strategy into practice. To make it specific, this strategic human resource management system includes these core viewpoints: Cultivate the organization culture taking independent innovation seriously, pay attention to gain and allocation talented innovative person, add indicators of independent innovation into key performance index, encourage independent innovation behavior by pay policy, train and develop employee's consciousness and technical ability of independent innovation.
