An Empirical Study About Enhancing Corporation's Value Possess Capability On Conceiving Integrated Supply Chain

Since 20 century 90 years, the market condition has been changing, competitions between corporations have enlarged to the supply chains that the corporations belong to. For winning competitions and possessing more value, corporations will optimize the resource configuration of itself. Integrated supply chain has a good future, so it is valuable that study primary corporation's action of optimizing its resource configuration to possess more value on the integrated supply chain. Supposing integrated supply chain is competitive, This paper analyzed the primary corporation's stratagem choices for enhancing value possess capability in the stages of integrated supply chain, and studied the Tianye-group's chemical supply chain empirically.Firstly, this paper summarized and studied theories about integrated supply chain. It concluded that it is not enough to characterize integrated supply chain by differentiating two stages. And, the article supposed that the four indexes can characterize integrated supply chain, they are level about harmonization in integrated supply chain, level about information sharing in integrated supply chain, level about trust between corporations and conditions about supply chain cultures. Secondly, it analyzed meaning of corporation's value possess capability and supposed that there are two factors which affect the corporation's action to possess more value: exchange cost in supply chain and motivation to hold the pivotal resource in supply chain. This two factors are affected by integrated supply chain. Lastly, this paper analyzed the factors'connections and got a conclusion that corporation leans to the stratagem of internalization in the inside integrated stage and leans to the stratagem of externalization in the outside integrated stage.After analyzing theory, this paper studied Tianye-group's chemical supply chain as a empirical object. By demonstrating, it concluded that Tianye chemical supply chain was a integrated supply chain which was in the stage of inside integrated. As the result of theoretical analyses, Tianye-group's stratagem was internalization, and its stratagem was downright. Subsequently, this paper searched after factors which affected Tianye-group in these ways: controlling pivotal resource in chemical supply chain, reducing the exchange cost in supply chain, the affection of society. Lastly, this paper supposed that Tianye chemical supply chain had a good future. It gave some advises about the optimization of the chemical supply chain. Such as: reinforcing the construction of information to actualize integration, optimizing the structure of the supply chain to advance the efficiency, conceiving close supply chain, etc.
