Research On The Model Of Agricultural Sci-Tech Extension In Yangling

Model of agricultural Sci-tech extension is the summation of related extension way, method and measures under the guidance of extension motivation by the main body of the agricultural Sci-tech extension and constraint of the given regional macro-environment, which can be applied repeatedly in different areas. The key of the extension efficiency is the scientific and effective of the Extension Model. Under the market economy condition, we must construct and build a kind of Sci-tech extension model accordance with the space-time characteristics so as to construct an extension system which can be used effectively and put into practice.Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone is the unique Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone in China with strong strength in science and technology, which possesses many teaching and scientific research units such as Northwest A & F University and Yangling Vocational and Technical College. Yangling has summarized many kinds of high efficiency model of agricultural Sci-tech extension in the past ten years. Many of the models have been applied in other area in China, but some of which are still in explore and beginning stage.Based on the massive references at home and abroad, the investigation in Northwest A & F University, Yangling Vocational and Technical College, and each village and town in Yangling, analyze and induction of the data, we summarized the agricultural Sci-tech extension model and operational mechanism in Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, explored the existing problems in the model of agricultural extension in Yangling, and put forwards suggestions for improvement. The main results are as follows:1. Under the guidance of the thoughts of based on Northwest A & F University, rely on the backbone of the grass-root agri-science teams, the education and train of the farmers was primary, whereas the consultation was secondary, Yangling has constructed many agricultural Sci-tech extension model successfully, which mainly contained the models of agricultural hi-tech exposition, Qianxing, co-construction of university and village, Sci-tech demonstration base, Sci-tech train, Sci-tech demonstration farmers and experts consultation and service. These models own different characteristics and constitute the unique novel model of agricultural Sci-tech extension in Yangling.2. Analyzed and explored the problems existing in the model of agricultural Sci-tech extension in Yangling:①it is improper in the strategy location of the agricultural industry, and the current agricultural demonstration projects were low in technical content.②it is disconnected between the University extension education and the rural areas near Yangling.③the main body of the extension was diversification, but the new forces were very weak.④It is poor in the macro-environment for the operation of the model due to the restriction of the traditional system.⑤although the extension model was diversification, the traditional extension was invalidated and the holistic efficiency need to be improved.⑥it was imperfect in agricultural information network, and it was not smooth in agricultural extension channels.3. Aiming at the problems mentioned above, the suggestions were:①perfect the multi-level and the diversification of the extension system so as to adapt to the requirements of market economy.②employ the classification extension and build an extension model with clear division of labor and ordered competition.③enhance the cooperation and association of each extension system.④speed up the system innovation and optimize the macro-environment for agricultural extension.⑤build an extension model with reasonable labor division and cooperation and integrated extension model according to the characteristics of agricultural technology.⑥study and refer the successfully models in developed countries continuously.This thesis definite the current conditions, characteristics and deficiency in Yangling Agricultural High-tech Industries Demonstration Zone, which have some reference meaning in the further perfect and extension of the model of agricultural Sci-tech extension in Yangling.
