Study On Innovation Pattern Of Agricultural Sci-tech Extension In Yangling Demonstration Zone

As a national agricultural hi-tech industrial demonstration zone, Yangling, with two universities, 64 scientific subjects, nearly 4000 agricultural research talents and many hi-tech enterprises here, takes the important responsibility of researching, testing and extending agro-technology. Some new Agro-tech extension patterns, such as "firm +farmers" of Jinkun Pattern have been formed gradually during recent several years in Yangling. Now they are exploring a new pattern which combines government promotion with market mechanism. But Yangling is in a reforming stage, which has a unimproved system, so the extension system is not yet perfect and needed to improve to take its advantages of sci-tech power.Based on comparison between domestic agro-extension system with foreign ones, this thesis analyses current agro-tech extension system and its performance in Yangling which are being implemented and explored, studies some actual extension patterns, establishes a new creative frame of extension system and points out some helpful policies and advice.The thesis consists of six sections. In order to understand the content and structure of the thesis as a whole, the following introduces the main ideas of each part.(1)Introduction. In this part, it shows the research background, propose and importance first, then it gives out the dynamic research both in domestic and abroad., after that is the analysis method of the paper, the last part is possible innovation.(2)Function of agricultural extension and existing problems in China. First, it introduces the basic theory of agro-tech extension, including concept, function. Since technology , progress is systematic process which includes innovation, extension and applies, it is important to analyze the mechanic and internal relationship. Then the paper analyses the existing problems in extension system in china.(3)Comparison analysis of foreign agricultural extension systems. The first part studies foreign agricultural extension system, such as U.S.A, Japan and German, points out their characters. The second part brings some useful advice for Yangling extension pattern.(4)Current situation, typical patterns, performance and existing problems of agricultural extension in Yangling. This section shows the current situation of extension in Yangling, concludes successful experience and evaluates the effectiveness, and points out some existing problems.(5)A new frame of agricultural extension patterns in Yangling. This part brings out a new pattern which combines government promotion with market mechanism, in which agricultural companies and two universities became the main body of extension.(6)Some helpful policies environment in Yangling, including agricultural sci-tech investment, feed back and consulting mechanism, social service system and policies environment.The possible innovations of the thesis as follows:First, the thesis points out some problems of Agricultural Sci-tech extension in Yangling.Second, the thesis points out that the effective combination of government promotion and market mechanism is the innovation direction of Agricultural Sci-tech extension in Yangling.Third, Bring forward establishing service platform and feedback mechanism of information, which is one the important measures to guarantee the development of Agricultural Sci-tech extension in Yangling Demonstration Zone.
