As an importantindustry to promote the development of the society, the civil aviation is growing withthe development of national economy. Especially since the reform and opening-up,China’s civil aviation management system has been reformed continuously deepen,the route network has been expanded unceasingly, the capability of transport has beenmarkedly enhanced, the air traffic has been continued rapid growth, the significantprogress has been made in airport infrastructure, China became a veritable air power.However, China’s civil aviation enterprise culture, because of its special politicalbackground, has deep military color, which showing the uniqueness and tenacity. To acertain extent, it is difficult to correspond with the modern enterprise managementsystem, and then hinder the promotion of the core competitive ability to China’s civilaviation enterprise.As the southwest gateway hub airports in China, K International Airport is facedwith increasingly fierce competition from many trunk line airports, gateway airportsin the surrounding cities, and rapid developing railway transport. In the fiercecompetition, if K International Airport want to be steady developed, it should beparticularly important to further improve the management level, to strengthenenterprise innovation, cohesion, to abandon the old ideas of state-owned enterprisesfrom the historical reason, and establish a new type of enterprise culture, which inturn improve airport’s own core competitive ability.In this article, the author introduces the research background, significance, andthe research ideas, methods，structure, and then, on the basis of the existing theoreticalresearch results at home and abroad, from a thorough analysis of K International Airport ’s history and the current situation of enterprise culture construction, will findout the problems that exist in the cultural construction and restrict the current industrydevelopment. Using the research methods which combined the theoretical analysis(literature study) and empirical study (case study) to in-depth interviews andquestionnaire survey, this article will conform to the theoretical conclusions of theobjective reality through the summary, classification, and analysis to a large numberof data on enterprise culture construction.Finally, to summarize the full text, this paper puts forward some operationalsuggestions for some problems which need to be solved in the civil aviation enterprisecultural construction, expresses the deficiency in the essay, and shows the outlook andthinking on the trend of future research.
