The state of organization not only affects enterprise's behavior, but also determines the performance of enterprise's operation directly. A well-organized enterprise can integrate all units in an enterprise closely with a special cooperational relation on the basis of maintaining current performance and promote enterprise's development continuously. So, it is crucial for an enterprise to adapt to the need of internal and external development in the course of its development. It is not doubt that enterprise's organizational reengineering is one of the best methods. Current theories and methods mainly focus on static points of time rather than dynamic process. The purpose of this dissertation is to realize enterprise's organizational reengineering by use of new thoughts and methods. The author studies the current research situation of domestic and international theories such as enterprise's organizational reengineering, management entropy and dissipative structure, and then explains the purpose of the dissertation. Through the study on the basic meaning of enterprise's organization, the dissertation analyzes the modern enterprise's organization framework using the theories of specialization, principal-agent and transaction costs, and studies its development as well as its disadvantages. Then the dissertation summarizes the theories of management, dissipative structure, and studies their contents. Through the study of the realization of negative entropy and the factors which influence entropy flow, the dissertation establishes and analyzes the model of management entropy flow. Also, the dissertation puts forward the opinion on how to establish catastrophe model. Next, the dissertation studies how to reengineer an enterprise organization based on the theories of management entropy and dissipative structure, and proposes the reengineering process and gives the author's own thoughts of identifying dissipative structure, then it makes study of the self-adaptation and control of the dissipative structure. At last, an empirical example is given based on the above research.
