Research On Intellectual Property Management System Of Enterprises In Bidding

Intellectual property (IP) management of enterprises in bidding is systematically studied in this dissertation with both the theoretical analysis and the positivism analysis, in order to find feasible solutions to promote the IP managerial skills and levels of enterprises in bidding.The dissertation is unfolded as the following:Firstly, a definition of intellectual property essentials of enterprises in bidding is put forward and a definition of enterprise intellectual property management system in bidding is also presented.Secondly, based on the studies of typical IP cases of enterprises occurring in bidding, the author reveals several defects of enterprises' IP management.Thirdly, a further study is conducted on the analysis of causes which lead to the IP management problems of enterprises in bidding both inside the enterprise and outside the enterprise.Finally, IP management system of enterprises in bidding, which is beneficial to better integration of the process of bidding and enterprise IP management, is constructed, including improving IP management organization, reorganizing IP management process and setting up IP management system. Also, a series of countermeasures, which optimizes the outer circumstance of IP management system of enterprises in bidding, is put forth, such as developing the IP culture, establishing the social credit system, perfecting the IP legal system and etc.What identifies this dissertation is its unique systematical perspective applied in exploring the existing circumstance of enterprises' IP management in bidding, and its application of case analysis method in the positivism analysis which selects typical legal cases as research representatives to probe into the common IP management problems of enterprises in bidding.
