These years, our enterprises become more and more payintg attention to the development and protection of intellectual property rights with market intense competition. The development and protection of intellectual property rights, not only for enterprises in attaching importance to strategic thinking, perfecting the application of law, but regarding the intellectual property rights as intangible assets in operating, introducing intellectual property management ideas, building up a set of scientific intellectual property management system, and operating intellectual property management system to entire enterprise management.This combination of legal and management that crossed two disciplines different characteristics will research from the importance of the strategic management of patent,trademark and copyright to the external, internal organizational structures of intellectual property management and specific content of various system referred in intellectual property management. I hope to use my knowledge of management in my bachelor degree and law in postgraduate phase, in-depth study of how to build and operate enterprises intellectual property management system for domestic enterprises suitable for China's national conditions, and provide a viable writ reference of intellectual property management system, and intellectual property management contracts.
