Research On The Construction Of Intellectual Property Management System Of Service Type Z Company

"Innovation is the first driving force to lead development,and the protection of intellectual property is the protection of innovation".The Outline of Building a Powerful Intellectual Property Country(2021-2035)also proposes that we should give full play to the comprehensive role of trademarks,patents and copyrights in different forms and cultivate internationally renowned companies with high international competitiveness.As China enters a new era of high-quality development in the 14 th Five-Year Plan period,Z Company,as a large public utility state-owned enterprise,needs to build a scientific and reasonable intellectual property management system in the new development stage,both in terms of its service-oriented characteristics and the background of state-owned enterprises.On the basis of strengthening the ability of intellectual property protection,creation,use and management,it can better play the value of intellectual property and bring more first-class services to its customers,So as to continuously improve the core competitiveness of the market,improve the competitive advantage of services,realize the optimization and upgrading of enterprises,and lead the high-quality development of the entire industry.Based on the relevant theories of intellectual property management,this paper studies and analyzes the problems of intellectual property management and the construction of its system in combination with the actual situation of Z Company.Firstly,it introduces the industry characteristics of Z Company and the existing situation of its intellectual property rights,and expounds the important role and significance of Z Company’s intellectual property system construction for Z Company under the new situation;Then it analyzes the current operation mechanism and management system of intellectual property of Z Company from the aspects of the current situation of enterprise R&D management,intellectual property management organization and personnel allocation,intellectual property management strategy,and intellectual property management system;On this basis,it analyzes the problems in the intellectual property management of Z Company: the passive management of intellectual property strategy and system,the weak management of enterprises,the low development and management of intellectual property resources,and the low level of intellectual property achievements transformation,and discusses the causes of the problems in intellectual property management from the historical,enterprise,and institutional levels.This paper probes into the problems and causes of the intellectual property system of Z Company,and puts forward suggestions on the implementation of the intellectual property system of Z Company.
