The authorProposed the choice basis of the contract methods, namely conforms to the project constructionenvironment, fully consider the project characteristic, Owner's management ability, use the levelanalytic method to the project contract mode to carry on the choice; then, through the comparativeanalysis of the agent construction system and the self construction system in the way of management,propose the scientific management, moreover through the research of each kind of contract type,analyzes concrete application environment and the restriction on use of each kind of contract type,explains the characteristic and the applicable scope situation of each kind of contract type, thus proposethe method of the plans, including the choice of contract type, contract condition, and the formulationof contract major clause.
