The transformation of tourism resources into tourism product is a new topic in tourism management. How to transfer the market value of tourism resources into tourism product, how to choose the form of tourism product and how to give new meaning to the cultural industry in the development of new tourism product, which is an important part of the development of tourism product in 21 Century. Combination of the cultural industry and the tourism industry has perspective of industrial development in 21 Century. Its microeconomic foundation is how to create unique cultural tourism product.Cultural tourism is a new form. According to the predict of the World Tourism Organization that natural scenery that shares the larger market in 21st century will descend, but the cultural tourism product will have forceful development tendency. For tourists, they not only go to see the Scenic, but also enjoy culture consumption. For catering to tourists'need, tourist destinations have to develop tourism product that has deep cultural details. They have the characteristic product and enduring life-force, in order to promoting the competitiveness.Guilin is not only a world famous tourist city, but also the city that has the abundant historical and cultural content. In recent years, how to combine and to create a new cultural tourism product about natural scenery and tourist resources is becoming a focal point of tourist development and the development of cultural tourism product. It has not only come from theoretical study, but also creates the"impression ? Liusanjie"that is a representative of cultural tourism products in practice of cultural tourism products."Impression ? Because there is few works on previous achievements, the path is quite difficult. This paper attempts to give analyze of the design and application of analytical framework, and the prospects for the development of cultural tourism products in the future.
