The failure cases of enterprises are much more than the successful ones. Most people put all the blames on the enterprise strategies and tactics. It also put forward the promotion ways of the executive ability. All of the above have gradually enriched the theory of executive ability. They have much practical significance to the enterprises to achieve and maintain permanent competitive advantage.
