With the economic rapid development, China attracts the world special attention and holds the balance in global economic bodies. Chinese enterprises catch the chance to expand their operation. In order to keep the competitive ability under dog-eat-dog condition, we have to think highly of companies'executive ability. There are many managing regulations in Chinese companies, actually, half of these managing regulations are nominal, bonus in large amount lose the invigorative motive and effect badly. The more and more serious conflicts between the governors and supervised staff, the high and middle level governors'shortage of executive ability and big resistance to push performance management cause to bad performance and emotionalized management, which make the digressive benefit and lack of competitive ability. Actually, the enterprise'executive ability decides its existence and competitive ability.As a listed company with high competition in power automation industry in domestic market, Dong fang electronics has relatively full managing frameworks and systems. Compared with other competitors, it still has more room to improve on management, such as production R&D, marketing and interior administration, especially how to manage the IT staff members. The lack of institutional executive ability which cause to R & D being late for the schedule and uncompleted contracts weaken the function of full regulations. As one modern high-tech company, Dong fang electronics is indispensable to strengthen executive ability to improve the efficiency and reach the target. The important job is to construct the core process of mental sources, tactic and operation, cultivate executive organization culture and build executive organizations.This study is based on basic theory of executive ability, which expounds three core process of personnel, stratagem and operation, as well as how to combine them tightly. By analyzing the design of organization framework and culture cultivation, the study puts forward the main elements and means to build executive ability of corporation. Based on the practice of Dong fang electronics, this study looks for the future organization framework and explores the process and practice of building the executive ability.
