In the past seven years, mobile communication industry has developed rapidly in China, and the number of mobile users has rocketed from 50 million to 461 million. However, the continuous decline of ARPU is jeopardizing the revenue growth of mobile communication operators. In this case the development of mobile value-added service is getting more and more important to mobile companies. Mobile operators have developed the application of mobile value-added service in enterprises, for enterprise customers have higher stability and more reliable paying capability than individual customers. However, mobile value-added service has not been used in large scale in enterprises. First, the article analyzes the environment where mobile value-added service is used in enterprises. Second, it points out the problems which exist in the application of mobile value-added service in enterprises, and put forward some suggestions about the problems to mobile operators. Finally, this article analyzes three model of value-added service such as B-B-E, B-B-C, M-M, which are needed in the informationization of tourism enterprises, and introduces the application of mobile value-added service in tourism enterprises. Meanwhile, from the angles of product development strategy and market development strategy, the thesis puts forward some suggestions for mobile companies in the application of mobile value-added service in tourism enterprises.
