Research On Governmental Responsibility Of Rural Assistance In China

Three Rural Problem has got hitherto unknown taking seriously attention in China today. Found rural social assistance system on one hand is beneficial to ensuring a peasant fundamental survival rights, another aspect is also beneficial to social stability in rural areas. Therefore rural social assistance is the great project to farmers and countryside. At the present stage the constructions of our governmental responsibilities urgent needs to be perfected. It is not only required that we break through in the rural assistance system deep in deep, but also theoretical innovation. Studying in depth systematically and discussing the theory of social assistance's government responsibility and concrete system are necessity and the sense of urgency to rural areas .The main body of the research consists of five chapters in total , the content including four concrete parts mainly. We expect to found a high-effect ,a new model, rational rural social assistance system . And on this account, it will bring benefit to the extensive rural areas and peasants , promote the constructions of new rural of socialism.
