At present, our country is still in the initial period of establishing and improving system of market-oriented economy. Therefore, the confusion of competitive order is still one of the phenomenon people suffer and hate most. The confusion of competitive order in real economic life has made an upward trend that more and more fake products can't be forbidden. Since reform and opening-up was carried out in china .It has been one of the serious social problems and pay more attention to by the government as well as consumers.It is the government's inescapable responsibility to intensify supervision and administration of product quality.Since our government has carried out many social reforms ,we have formed a set of effective institutions of product quality supervision and administration. The quality and technology supervision sector is the principal sector of the government to supervise and administrate product quality, shouldering the responsibility for product quality in producing fields, and the main force of attacking and governing fake products.This paper by using the public economic and public administration theory , defines fake products from various perspectives, points out the connotation and features of fake products and then exposes the economic and social causes of the phenomenon of manufacturing and selling fake products,systemically analyses the important means that quality and technology supervision sector to deal with it, the problems being and the cause.
