Research On The Provision Patterns Of Rural Public Goods

The harmonious development of rural society and economy plays an important role to the establishment of well-off society and socialistic new country. Increasing the provision of rural public goods is propitious to develop modern agriculture, improve peasant's income and develop rural society and economy harmoniously, and it's also the embodiment of government functions in country. So it's important to supply rural public goods fairly and efficiently. This article uses the theories of Public Economics and Management Science to analyze the problems in the provision of rural public goods in Yuecheng district of Shaoxing city by way of linking theory with reality. We find there are problems such as insufficient supply, irrational structure of supply, inefficient supply, unfair supply and so on in the provision of rural public goods in this area. The article also analyzes reasons from the two different systems in urban and rural areas, the funding mechanism, a single decision-making mechanism, the supply surveillance mechanism. Based on all these, the article analyzes the demanding situation of the public goods from regional differences, individual differences and income differences . Finally, the article puts forward the preferential order of the provision of rural public goods and some personal views on how to solve provision problems diversely.
