Abstract/Summary:
Knowledge worker undertake high technology work mainly. It's hard to measure their efficient, effect and workload. The task of a system of compensation is to evaluate these aspects. The design is quite hard and flexible. Employee in architectural design company undertakes such kind of high technology work. They are typical Knowledge workers. Take China Construction Design International (CCDI) for example this article analyzes the job of Knowledge worker in architectural design company first .And then it compares some current systems of flexible emolument in industry. Based on analyze to investigation of old compensation system, the article proposes a new idea of evaluation originated from ability system. It combines the condition of company and new strategy of compensation. It should cover most of the elements such as ability system, evaluating method, process of distributing extra salary and so on. The article summarizes both achievements and problems caused by new system. It proposes the plan of new modify. It also points out HR management should integrate operation management. Only doing so, the company can inspire knowledge worker with emoluments effectively. It's a discussion on tomorrow's new idea.
