Abstract/Summary:
The21s tcentury is the era of knowledge economy. As the rise of knowledgeeconomy, the present enterprises pay more attention to establish the core competence.The knowledge workers are the product of the progressive development of knowledgeeconomy,and they are the core forces in the knowledge economy times. At thepresent, most enterprises are facing increasingly complex market environment andthe business environment, the competition between the enterprises is not that ofproduct and market, but the competition of capabilities and talents, especially that ofknowledge workers. Therefore, the enterprise product quality,service,quality,scientific technology research and innovation capability constitute of the corecompetitiveness of enterprise.In the development of enterprise,compensation is amajor incentive factor,and it can attract talents,retain talents,encourage talents tocreate value of enterprise constantly.Thus, It is very important for long-termdevelopment of enterprise to establish the compensation system whether or not playthe role of incentives.In the background of knowledge economy tines, the problems and limitations oftraditional compensation design are increasingly obvious for incentive knowledgeworkers.Thus, this article will study on knowledge workers’ compensation systemdesign based on heterogeneity, which is adapted to the requirements of knowledgeeconomy and conforms to the objectives and requirements of sustainable developmentof enterprise. At the same time, the compensation system can improve the corecompetence of the organization and the employs’ own ability constantly. In addition,the knowledge workers’ compensation system design based on heterogeneity can alsoenhance the knowledge workers’ salary satisfaction and efficiency of encourage.According to the heterogeneity of the knowledge workers’, the establishment of aneffective incentive mechanism and the management pattern, inspiring the knowledgeworkers’ enthusiasm,initiative and creativity, which are not only the modernmanagement must considering, but also is one of the issues of the managementscience must study.In our country, management experts’ study and practice has made great effect onthe development of the enterprise,although the research on heterogeneity knowledge workers’ compensation system design can be counted on one’s fingers.In view of this,the article introduces the concept of “heterogeneity”.When discussing the knowledgeworkers’ compensation system design, we take the core research and developmentpersonnel as the example,and analyze the problems on the compensation system ofthe enterprise. On the basis of the relevant of theories and examples, mainly using theanalytic hierarchy process(AHP), point factor method and fuzzy comprehensiveevaluation method to choose the key indicators, distribute the weight ofcomprehensive, study on knowledge workers’ compensation system design based onheterogeneity,in order to enhance knowledge workers’ ability of innovativedevelopment and core competitiveness of enterprises, and to provide some new ideas,methods of enterprise compensation system design in the future.
