Finally, to support carrying on the strategy , propose some measures for reference as follows: establishing the perfect coordination mechanism, constructing transportation and harbor, the logistics key city, perfecting the policy environment, the logistics information platform , cultivating and introducing logistics enterprise, training strategic measures, and so on, to urge the logistics network of access to the sea in the Southwest adapting the economical development and meet the social logistics need which grows day by day.
