As a tool of empowering enterprise's actual strength,this logistics cost management theory is researched deeply more and more. in view of thesituation, Chinese enterprises must strengthen our compete ability in logistics costmanagement. At present, the logistics cost in Chinese stays in a high level because of themanufacturing industry, so, logistics cost in manufacturing industry will be the key fieldsurely.This article make an example by studying the interior logistics cost management ofWeida Structures Company. firstly, it analyzes the meaning based analytic method of Valuechain of the internal logistics cost management and carries on the interior logistics costaccounting by implementing cost of operation law; Then, considering the company's selfdistinguishing feature, the article uses the KPI law and the F. D law and constructs an interiorlogistics cost appraisal system; At last, this article giw an efficient project about the interiorlogistics cost in Weida Structures Company by bringing forward the methods to optimize,including rcengineering the process of activities, rationalizing resources, optimizingoperations, and so on.This article applies the value chain analysis method in the enterprise interior logisticsfield, proposes the manufacture enterprise interior logistics appraisal system and giving thebeneficial exploration to better control interior logistics cost. the mentality method as well as summary experience lesson that it provides can be some kind of the reference to the researchand practice on manufacture enterprises interior logistics cost management. |
