The Empirical Study Of Intra-Industry Trade On Determinant Between China And Asean

On the background of world economy integration, the economic relationship between China and the ASEAN becomes more and more tight. In recent years, with the development of the Chinese economy, there are more and more cooperation in economy, trade, technology and culture etc. between China and the ASEAN. The two parties strengthen economic and trade cooperation. ASEAN has become one of the Chinese important partner in economic and trade's field. With the rapidly development of mutual trade between ASEAN and China, optimization of the economic structure, both parties' trade structure has been changed. The both parties shift from Inter-industry trade to intra-industry trade. There is large similarity in both parties' the economic structure and the import-export structure. So the research to the determinants of intra-industry is significant to promote the development of intra-industry between China and ASEAN.The paper is arranged as follows. There are four main sections in the paper. In section one ,we clarify the research purpose and value of this paper after we review general theories regarding the intra-industry trade. In section two, we analyze the develop status of the mutual trade and the develop situation of the intra-industry trade between China and ASEAN. An econometric model is created in section three, in order to analysis the relevance influencing factor of the intra-industry trade between China and ASEAN. In section four, some doable suggestions are provided which are based on above analysis.
