The development of Global financial crisis effects badly the trade between china and ASEAN, the trade volume has fallen heavily, and the mechanical and electrical products which are exported to ASEAN from CHINA are also hit. On the one hand, in 2009, the total volume of foreign trade between the two countries is 2130.11 billions of dollars , decreasing 7.8% when comparing the same time of the last year. There into, the export volume is 1062.92 billions of dollars, decreasing 6.9% when comparing the same time of the last year and the import volume is 1067.14 billions of dollars, decreasing 8.8% when comparing the same time of the last year. On the other hand, since 2002, the mechanical and electrical products ,one of the exports which has a big share in bilateral trade of the two countries has been impacted inevitably by the Global financial crisis and fallen by a large margin, merely the first half of 2009, its export volume is only 209 billions of dollars, decreasing 19.5%.However, compared to China - ASEAN bilateral trade, the Sino-US, Sino-Japan bilateral trade is a more significant decline. For example, the year 2009, the total import and export trade between China and the United States amounted to 298.259 billion U.S. dollars, down 29.9%, among them, China's trade volume of exports to the United States amounted to 220.816 billion U.S. dollars, down 24.6%, and China's trade volume of imports from the United States was 77.443 billion U.S. dollars, down 41.6%. While, China's import and export trade with Japan amounted to 228.848 billion U.S. dollars, down 14.2%, of which China's exports to Japan totaled 97.911 billion U.S. dollars, down 15.7%, China's imports from Japan was 130.938 billion U.S. dollars, down 13.1%. Thus, China - ASEAN bilateral trade has much room for development, coupled with the 2010 China - ASEAN free trade zone built, it may provide greater space and development platform for the expansion of bilateral trade. How to ensure and further enlarge the shares of the Chinese mechanical and electrical products in ASEAN market and seize the opportunities in order to increase the export-oriented units'added value then develop the ASEAN's high-end market? This is the paper's research ideas. According to the index method, the author calculates and finds that the trade of the mechanical and electrical products in the main expected-countries is the mode of intra-industry trade, and then using the weighted averages method and finds that the trade of the mechanical and electrical products between CHINA-ASEAN is the mode of export-oriented units'low added value. Based on this, the author leads variables"government support"(g) and construct the"two-stage"game model in order to show that how to enlarge the market shares. And then the author leads the afore-hand generalized input variables"K"which leads the profit function to provide a referential method of developing the ASEAN's high-end market resulting from increasing the export-oriented units'added value of our country's mechanical and electrical products.
