A Harvard University's research indicated that, when the staff degree of satisfactionevery time enhances 5%, the enterprise profit enhances25% along with it., from which wecould see that the situation of one company's employee satisfaction directly influence thelevel of the entire performance in the company employee satisfaction, the footstone of acompany's future development, determines the stabilization and development of futureemployee groups. Therefore, we can supervise the effect of organizational performance inmanagement and predict employee flow rate by observing the degree we control employee'ssatisfaction. If a company can take an effective improving method before the actual flowoccurs, it is more easier to get bigger with a talent group.Based on the investment of the current situations of employees' satisfaction in differentindustries, this research aims at discussing the correlations of employee satisfaction and itsorganizational performance.Questionnaire, which is designed by our researching groups based on Likert Scale, isused in this paper to explore the degree of employee satisfaction and is also tested byReliability and Validity Analysis. It is explored that the employee satisfaction of onecompany can be explained by the following 7 parts, direct manager, colleague relations,compensation and benefits, personal development, training, the entire satisfaction of thecompany, job description, the desire to improve personal ability, working environment. Thequestionnaires are sent twice but to different persons for the research, the effectivequestionnaire reached both over 89%. Using a statistic software—SPSS10.0 to analyze thequestionnaire received and combining the organizational performance collected from relativecompanies, the correlations of the two parts are founded.This paper gives 2 different results based on two different ways of cross-sectional analysis that were used on measuring the relations between job satisfaction and organizationalperformance, and also gives some detailed recommendation for improving the wholeorganization performance and employee performance.This paper gives two results based on regression analysis method that were used onmeasuring the relations between job satisfaction and job performance. General job satisfactionand job performance shows a positive correlation and a significant linear regressionrelation .And also gives some correlative suggestions and counter-measures based on how toimprove the Employee's Performance for improving the employee satisfaction.. Establishingthe concepts of human centered management, creating a humanity job atmosphere.Intensifying and attaching importance to employees' career management, Building enterprise'score values with employees. Pay more attention to the construction of managementmechanism of rewards. Laying stress on training of enterprise personnel, making effort tobuild up learning atmosphere. Practicing in periodic surveys on employee job satisfaction, andmaking the employee satisfaction evaluation institutionalization and long term.
