| This paper use the quantitative analysis and the qualitative analysis, the macroscopic analysis and the microcosmic analysis, the space analysis and the pattern analysis, based on research about the theory of urbanization internal and external , looks insight into the regional discrepancy and driving force of Jiangxi urbanization by using multiple analysis means.Chapter 1, firstly, put forward the background of this research, explicit the purpose, meaning and innovation of this paper and build the thinking and frame of this paper.Chapters 2, summarize the theory of regional economic about urbanization, and give the evaluation to these theories.Chapters 3, introduce the methods of this paper.Chapters 4, use of the urbanization and economic, social data; compare the discrepancy of urbanization in Jiangxi. Choose the 13 indexes including population, structure of production and social culture to build a model that identify the urbanization level. Use of the Principal Component Analysis and classify analysis methods, extract 2 main factors that influence the urbanization level of Jiangxi. And classify the 91 counties to 3 types. Then compare the discrepancy of urbanization in each region.Chapters 5, compare the discrepancy of different regions in urbanization and economic. Then appraises and compares each region's economic developing stage and characteristic.Chapters 6, based on the previous analysis and the theories on regional economic related with urbanization and the world trends of urbanization, probes into the urbanization patterns of Jiangxi. Firstly the general pattern for the whole province is put forward, foster the new increase pole—build the metropolis area whose nucleus is Nanchang city proper, which means industry, population and space should have been focused on the megalopolis, secondly, discusses how to improve the innovation of regulations and coordinate the process of urbanization, then give some views to the sustainable development of urbanization process. |
