Research On The Delopment Level Of New Urbanization In "Hubaoe" Urban Agglomeration

Under the background of new-type urbanization,the healthy development of new-type urbanization of "hubaoe" city group is related to social stability,long-term stability and sustainable economic development.The research on the development level of new urbanization of "hubaoe" urban agglomeration is of great practical significance for accelerating the rational development of cities and promoting the economic and social development of "hubaoe" urban agglomeration and even the middle and western Inner Mongolia.Many factors affecting the development of new urbanization,this paper based on the connotation of urbanization,new results of previous studies,the national new urbanization planning(2014-2020)and combined with the feature of "call package" of "hubaoe" urban agglomeration development,from the population development,economic development and residents' quality of life,infrastructure,resources and environment,urban and rural areas as a whole six aspects constructing the new urbanization development level of regional characteristics of the evaluation index system,using entropy value method to empowerment,USES the new type of "call package" of "hubaoe" agglomeration toanalysis and evaluation of urbanization level according to the problems appeared in the process of development.The following conclusions are drawn: 1.Infrastructure lags;2.Lagging infrastructure;3.More resources and environment consumption.Through the above analysis,the author proposes to promote the construction of "hubaoe" city clusters from the following aspects: 1.Narrow the urban-rural gap and promote the integration of urban and rural development;2.2.Improving public service capacity and enhancing infrastructure services;3.Further improve the greening capacity and promote the development of new urbanization;4.Coordinated development and steady improvement of the new type of urbanization.
