On the condition of global economy integration and competitive market economy, MNCs use globalized resource allocation and hire developing countries cheap labor. Therefore, their economic force and profits has been enhanced. Meanwhile, making use of worldwide flow of resources and the globalization of production, multinational companies evade international labor laws, also they are not restricted to labor legislation of the host country. They gained greater profits from infringing workers benefits. This kind of situation becomes especially visible in the extended session of transnational business chain. Under such circumstances, international community gradually begins to demand that the transnational corporations must undertake their social responsibility. Since that, whether MNC meets certain social responsibility standards or not, will become another important measure factors in competitive international market.As the primary drivers of globalization forces, trade structure and investment liberalization of the most important beneficiaries, the particularity and the role deicide that MNC should take more direct and broader social responsibility. In recent years, more and more MNCs require their cooperation with Chinese suppliers and partners to comply with the production code production, Factories worked out to the safety, health, environmental and labor policies, and orders to compel manufacturers to implement, producers in the implementation of the code on the production performance and the quality of products, with prices gradually become multinational companies choose partners the necessary conditions.
