The Study Of The Strategic Management Of The Ship-equipment Research Institute On Developing The Civil Production

At present, peace and the development further becomes the subject of the global evolution. Under the effect of interior and exterior environment, national defense science and technology industry , which used to be independent in our country, has also been required to melt into the national economic development. This means the dual structure of military industry and civilian industry will be broken. Military enterprise should formulate the appropriate strategies to develop civilian products.This paper raises the Ship-equipment Research Institute as the case , adopting the methods of "combination of theory and reality , nature and quantity " to analyze and research the establishment and implement of the Ship-equipment Research Institute's strategy on developing civilian products .It employs the tools such as PEST, SWOT, etc. to analyze the Institute's external and internal environment for civilian products ,state of the products and their existing problems. On these foundations, the paper draws the conclusion that Ship-equipment Research Institute should adopt Dual-Use Technology as the strategy to develop civilian products.This paper sticks to match physically, the thinking and method of establishing strategy on developing civilian products have the reference value to another enterprises which belong to national defense science and technology domain .
