Study On The Strategy Of Military-into-civilian Enterprise Of Defense Industry

In the background of knowledge-based economy as well as the quickly changing social environment, in China, the military-into-civilian enterprises, face rigorous challenge in their development. Currently, the competitive situation is changing more and more quickly, getting increasingly complicated and uncertain. Many factors, such as science, techniques, customers' demands, laws and politics, affect the enterprise's business and competitive power. At present, the military-into-civilian enterprises are faced with many difficulties, and it is meaningful to co something in investigation, analysis, and research of their western advanced management. After wards, some ideas and recommendations are advanced for the military-into-civilian enterprises to get out of their difficulties.Firstly, based on the analysis of current military-into-civilian enterprises development, it approaches the challenges that the relevant system adjustment, industry responses, brain drain, and international development. Moreover, it raises the necessity of further analyzing and considering the existing problems in military production industry.Secondly, by application of SWOT, approach will be taken from Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and Threat to analyze existing issues in military production industry. From the overall view of national security, it digs into the fundamental reason why the MRDM currently has his poor management performance. The analysis will spread over 8 areas including security resources allocation, management system, policy environment, industry barrier, and relevant reform.Finally, this paper discusses the national technology industry's coping of competition environment after China's entry into WTO. It point's out that breaking industrial barrier integrating industrial resource, bettering resource allocation; restructuring industry, furthering industrial specialization. developing new strategy, improving international cooperation and merchandising , individual enterprise are the solutions of establishing national capital manager system and improving industrial structure in order to welcome the challenge.
