Research On Equipment Efficiency Management Of JL Chemical Group Corporation

The JL chemical group corporation which makes a great contribution to the development of China's phosphate fertilizer industry is a large-scale phosphate fertilizer enterprise built during the eighth country 5-year plan. Along with the rapid development of China's phosphate fertilizer industry and the inburst of world famous fertilizer giants, the competition is fierce day by day. In order to cope with this rigorous challenge, the enterprise must excavate its various resources to enhance its competitiveness.The equipment is an important inside resources of the enterprise. How to raise the equipment management so as to make it the core competition platform of the company is the important task that all phosphate fertilizer enterprise need to seriously study. Facing with the fierce market competition, JL's equipment management shows many misplays and limitations. The feasible approach to improve company's equipment management ability is to ameliorate its equipment management system so as to set up an integrated efficient equipment administration system. This article adopts some research methods such as systematical research method and exemplification method. Chapter one is the introduction which introduces the background, research method and significance of this article. Chapter two introduces the relevant equipment management theory. Chapter three introduces the current situation and discusses the misplays and limitations of JL's equipment management. Based on the achievement of TPM(TNPM), chapter four makes the equipment management improving strategy by analyzing the problems in JL's equipment management. Chapter five brings forward to design and plan a scheme about an integrated efficient equipment administration system. Chapter six introduces the supporting measurements of implementing equipment efficiency management. Chapter seven gives a summary on the improvement of company's equipment management based on all above discussions. Through the research on JL's equipment management and its problems, this article proposes a set of normalized and efficient management methods which meet the present needs of the company.Equipment efficiency management not only enhances JL's equipment management ability, but also gets gains in profit and corporate culture.
