This project is about the integrated management of instrument equipment of Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD.The main purpose of this project is to explore the defects of the management mode of instrument equipment in the Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD,and to seek the management methods of instruments equipment suitable for the Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD,and to guide the healthy development of equipment management in the Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD.fertilizer company is a new construction project of Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD.Based on instrument equipment management model of fertilizer company as an example,through the study instrument equipment management problems of the Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD,in the use of management ideas and methods of variance analysis of the fertilizer company of instrument equipment management,especially for instrumentation equipment check,maintenance,spare parts management,etc.In view of the comprehensive management mode of instrument equipment in fertilizer company,the author puts forward management strategy of management and comprehensive management of the whole process.This paper mainly expounds the management implementation plan and concrete steps of instrument equipment management in the early stage,maintenance stage and spare parts stage.The research of this paper has a certain positive effect on the management of instrument equipment in fertilizer company,and has certain guiding significance for the instrument equipment management of the Liu Guo Chemical CO.LTD.
