New requirmenst and challenges of HR management of commercial bank derives from the economic developing of China and competitive between banks. Most of the ordinary positions is the core part of commercial banking; it depends very much on ordinary staff selection and performance examination, what is more, it is one of the most important part of HR managerment of commercial bank. Nevertheless, there is lack of persuasive theory research regarding ordinary staff selection and performance examination.Commecial bank is a credit organization which depends on absorbing deposition ,providing loan,transacting settlement business in order to obtain profit. For the sake of having profit,it should have sufficent secruity and liquidity. Regarding the requirement of selection of a commeical bank staff, the most important qualification should be "virtue",the basic demand should be "ability", and also include the creative abiliy, desiring knowdge and termwork ability,etc. Commercial bank select the staff through the well setting position, written exam,interview,and employ.Proformance examination of the ordinary staff is one of the main aspects of managerment. To analyze the existing problem of the performance examination of ordinary staff in commecial bank, will help classify the ordinary position and polish the performance examination of the client manager. Comparing the differencies among the diffirent positions, will help plan the operation of the ordinery staff's performance examination. The ordinary position of the commecial bank should be divided into operator, pubilic business manager, private business manager and manager. Operator including the counterteller,reporter, investigator, file clerk via various standards . The manager group including senior manager and managers should be assessed by various standards.
