The commercial bank is to raise funds to a variety of financial liabilities, various types of financial assets as the management object, for-profit businesses and financial institutions credit creation function. It has engaged in the business needs of their own capital, to operate in accordance with the law, pay taxes, profit maximization as the management goal. Assessment of a reasonable incentive mechanism in commercial banks can effectively stimulate staff initiative, enthusiasm and creativity, as much as possible, motivated employees potential ability, improve labor productivity, the long-term and stable development, accelerate the bank therefore, how to make the examination mechanism to help commercial banks has important theory and the practical significance of effective corporate governance.The Commercial Bank of our country in recent years, with the performance evaluation as the main way of evaluation for employees, according to its own development and characteristics of the rows of different incentive methods to form a complete assessment and incentive mechanism, and strive to the employee’s work efficiency, growth, learning, development, quality, capacity assessment incentives at all levels. Therefore, this paper will be of commercial bank performance evaluation as the sole object of study bank assessment mechanism, through the comparison of different types of banks assessment and incentive mechanism, find the advantages and disadvantages of different banks in the assessment of the incentive mechanism, thus put forward the corresponding improvement suggestions for the assessment and incentive mechanism, guide commercial banks operating practice.The first part of this paper, the theory related to the domestic commercial bank performance evaluation incentive mechanism were reviewed, mainly introduces the concept, performance evaluation and incentive mechanism of the structure and function, and the mechanism of the relevant theory and the performance evaluation and incentive. The second part refers to the deficiencies in current situation, the present commercial bank performance evaluation incentive mechanism as well as the significance of the commercial banks to improve the assessment and incentive mechanism, focusing on China’s large state-owned banks and bank performance appraisal system of stock incentive mechanism explains the different point of research. The third part through the use of data tables, data diagram, the influence of different considerations bank assessment and incentive mechanism for the operation of banks. The fourth part is based on the current situation of management of China’s commercial banks, commercial banks different from different angles of the posts proposed evaluation incentive points and ideas of mechanism design, optimized bank incentive mechanism from the aspects of the proposal put forward by post salary, performance evaluation, salary income, adjust the structure of open, pay attention to long-term motivation.
