Industry of generating electricity is the supported industry in our country, also the industry that is very strict with the security and environmental protection. It includes a lot of manufacture equipment and many types of complicated work, so that there are many factors during the process of the work. If we could not pre-control the potential risky, it will lead to the accident taking place, cause the wealth losing, even the disaster.This thesis,basing on the background of industry of generating electricity, according to electric power plant of HUANG PU,has studied an developed one software of"Risk Assessment Assistant Decision-making System For Industry-generating electricity", in order to ensure the safe of country wealth and the lives of employees, enhance the management of the resource of security and environmental protection, promote the manufacture continuously and steadily to develop in industry of generating electricity.First, this thesis studied technology of risk assessment by the numbers, summed up flow chart of risk assessment, put brief introduction of eight methods that are suited for the risk assessment in the industry of generating electricity, studied the sorted standard,applied characteristic and range of the methods above. It also studied the quantified standard of input parameter for the methods and the scored standard of output parameter.Second, this thesis summed up the related the technology of DSS, studied the means that the technology of DSS banded with the technology of risk assessment is applied to risk assessment system, and put forward a suit of applied mode for the risk assessment system used in the industry of generating electricity.Third, according to requirement of user, this thesis introduced a series steps of the process how to develope the system based on B/S frame, including the analysis of systemic requirement, systemic modeling, systemic design, system coming true, and this system with the other systems for SHE,lifts the risk assessment software to the management level.Forth, this thesis used examples to introduce the application about different function modules.Last, this thesis summed up the all study work, point up the shortcoming of the risk assessment system, expressed the prospect about the advanced study for the system.
