| With the development of logistics industry and information technology, information system became more and more important for the modern logistics enterprises. Logistics enterprises have to increase investment in information systems. The information systems were expected to play a very important role, but the practical application results are not satisfactory. People have to re-examine and evaluate the performance of information systems. It is very important for the logistics enterprises to understand the performance of information systems correctly and improve the information systems. In such circumstances, a scientific and rational logistics enterprise information system evaluation index system and method should be established to help the logistics enterprises to understand the condition of the information systems. The logistics enterprise can upgrade the information system application. The logistics industry can be promoted.Based on the domestic and international research status, some researches are done. First, the development of Logistics in China is introduced. Second, the application of logistics management information systems and logistics information technology in the logistics industry are discussed. Then, the requirement for the information system by logistics enterprises is analyzed, and the paper introduces the information systems development method of integrated logistics enterprises, and analyses the information system structure of integrated logistics enterprises. Finally, two evaluation index systems and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are established on macro and micro level for the integrated logistics enterprise information system. The information system of integrated logistics enterprise can be evaluated scientifically and rationally on the overall macro-operation and the various subsystems can be evaluated in detail and actually.
