Since 1950s, the economic globalization and regional integration have an rapid development, which weaken the boundaries of nations or regions. Thus the interregional division of labor and trade become more and more important. However, as an inland district is far from markets, they usually face passive scenes. In this case, if inland districts want take part in the international division of labor, they must get the logistic corridor through.As the establish of foreign trade zone, such as the European Union, made the artificial factors of constraints in trade become less and less important, which the article distance and motion costs of interregional trade become more and more important. However, the motion costs are usually forgotten in the trade theoriesBy analyzing the researches in academe and the relative theories, this paper proposes the notation of the logistic corridor costs and confirms the range of it. Then, this paper built the model of logistic corridor costs by its construction and function, and analyzes the factors of composition and affection. After this, we put the logistic corridor costs in the model of interregional trade to analyze the emergence of interregional trade, the trade volume and the social welfare. At last, we discuss the countermeasure of Sichuan province which takes part in interregional trade.This paper uses the methods of theoretical analysis and cases analysis and quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis. The achievement of this paper has some Theoretical significance and practical purport towards the trade theories and the logistic corridor researches.
