The Influence Of The Interregional Trade To The Midland Region Industry Evolvement

According to the latest developing situation, as well as the objective of "Rising in the Midland Region" which raised by government, midland region confronts with new chances and challenges. It is well known that trade is an effective way to accelerate the development of the regional economic and promotion of the industrial structure, our country has made a great progress in development since Reform and Opening-up. However, regarding to the midland region, the efficiency of foreign capital and international trade proved to be extremely small, merely playing a supporting role in international trade and international division. Therefore, the midland region should attach much more importance to the interregional trade rather than international trade. The interregional division which decided by the condition of the interregional trade presented to be the cluster of the industries in a particular area, and formed the regional advantage industry (interregional industry). In the contemporary development, the midland region should concentrate on the development of interregional industry.The midland region in this article refers to six province which are ShanXi, AnHui, JiangXi, HeNan, HuBei, HuNan. This paper takes advantage of the theory of the International Trade, Regional Economics and Industrial Economics, integrating the qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, which to support the studies on the interregional trade and interregional division of midland region, then take HuBei province as an example and put forward the developing objectives of various industries under the condition of interregional division.In the structure, firstly this article briefly introduced the significance of "Rising in the Midland Region" and the effect to midland region of relative theory of interregional trade. Then it has analyzed the foundation and the present situation of interregional division along with the pattern of industrial development under the leading model of interregional trade. Because the awareness of interregional trade is inferior to the international trade, especially the midland, where the negative factors still exists which have seriously influenced the development of interregional trade and division. When come to the factors, the article mainly analyses the industrial isomorphism under the local protectionism and the stagnate of industrial transfer. In conclusion, the paper proposes that, firstly Hubei Province should develop regional advantage industry (interregional industry) vigorously, and then considering each concrete industry, it analyzes the superiority condition which Hubei Province produces as well as how to apply them. At last, the article puts forward the proposal in the light of how to promote the development of industry of HuBei province.
