High-tech enterprises are the main body to develop the high and new technology in our country. The high-tech enterprise has the characteristic, which in the process of operation are high risk, high competing, high profit and high change. Also, the technology environment and economy environment are changing unceasingly. Therefore, the high-tech enterprise will confront big or minor enterprise crisis. For avoiding or lightening these strike, which brought by enterprise crisis, the enterprise should carry through organizational innovation in time, adjust or renew the organization structure, operation process and organization cultural, integrate resource in organization, improves the resource utilization ratio. In that way, the enterprise will improve its acclimatization and competitiveness.Firstly, this thesis is based on the theory of high-tech enterprise and organization innovation, which owing to the field of economics and management, and expounds the objective and content of the high-tech enterprise. Based on above, applying the theory of the dissipative structure and entropy, this paper analyzes the mechanism of the organization innovation in high-tech enterprise, find out when the high-tech enterprise should carry out the organization innovation, to sustaining the necessity of the organization innovation.Secondly, this thesis starts from the driving force of organization innovation, analyzes the forces and resistance, which exist in the process of the high-tech enterprise's organization innovation activity. Also, by using the concept of the potential energy and kinetic energy in physics, this paper put forward potential energy and kinetic energy of organization innovation. The process and result that potential energy accumulates will act on kinetic energy directly. Guiding and releasing the kinetic energy properly, will affect the effect and efficiency of the organization innovation.Finally, this paper uses the system dynamics theory to build a system dynamics model of the high-tech enterprise's organization innovation, and carries out empirical analysis to prove that the model is reasonable and practical. Then by using the model, this paper analyses the impact of the organization innovation, which can help the enterprise to make the policy of organization innovation.
