| Performance evaluation is the center problem of the modern human resource management, it is very necessary for us to how to carry on successful results management.The thesis aimed at solving the realistic problem in the company .by analyzing and evaluating the old the performance evaluation of system, and point out the problems of the old performance evaluation system, according to the situation of the company, the thesis adopted some advanced but suitable evaluation tools, established a new performance evaluation system for the company.The paper included four parts.The first part is analyzing the theory of performance evaluation, which make us think of the importance of it. and make us correct understand the system, it is very good in order to carry on the performance evaluation of the system. The second part analyzed the old performance evaluation system, found out the existed problems and the reasons.The third part set up the new performance evaluation system, according to the situation of company, design the suitable system .The last part is how to carry on the new performance evaluation system .defined the premise condition of realization ,and the method of control, by training,using suitable tools, we can get a expected results of the system .Through the improvement of the system of old performance evaluation, the new performance evaluation is science, practical and reasonable, apt to carry out. the process of performance evaluation is more transparent, fair. Certainly, there are some subjective factor which influence the result of system .and there are something to further improve. |
