With the development of economic globalization and the rise of the knowledge economy, human capital as the carrier of the knowledge and skill, make more contribution to economic development than any other physical capital. Corresponding, competition among enterprises has transformed into the competition for talent. Therefore, human capital is also racing to become the possession of strategic resources. However, the different features of human capital from other physical capital bring the potentially huge risk in human capital investment of enterprises. How to recognize, assess, control human capital investment risk in the enterprise become an important part of the work and the key to business success. Therefore, in-depth and thorough study on the theory of human capital investment risk is of great theoretical and practical significance.On one hand, foreign researches for human capital investment risk are mainly based on the macro level, that are for education in human capital investment risk, rather than focus on human capital investment risk based on micro-level; On the other hand, although domestic researches for human capital investment risk are mainly for enterprises, there are still many problems such as, most risk of human capital investment is limited to text descriptions lacking scientific quantitative analysis, and without mathematical mode or a complete theoretical analytical framework and a thorough analysis of its depth. From the conclusion of the study, the domestic researches for human capital investment risk almost stay in the conclusion by the size of the risk and the research on risk control is limited to matter of control or after control, which lack investment risk assessment and early warning. Therefore, how to analyze, evaluate and control risk of human capital investment become important issues in human capital management. First of all, this paper defines the risk of human capital and other related concepts on the basis of comprehensive analysis and evaluation of research status of human capital investment risk. Then this paper identifies the enterprises using the system theory of human capital investment risk which includes system risk and non-system system. In view of system risk is difficult to control, non-systematic risk is considered as major risk that we need to control. Nowover establishing an assessment index system of human capital investment risk around non-systematic risk, using of AHP and Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for risk assessment and early warning models and discussing the assessment through empirical analysis are describered in this paper. Finally, this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of control and prevention human capital investment risk and provides reference to the enterprise risk management according to the steps and sources of risk. |
