Enterprises human resource management will provide support and guarantee for the survival, the growth, the development and the innovation of the corporation. It's an important part of the strategic plan of the enterprises. But in the practice, especially with the economic integration of the world and the change of the inside and outside surroundings of the enterprises today, enterprises human resource management may encounter all kinds of crises at any time, badly, these crises will bring destructive strike to the organization. Thus, timing inspect the situation of enterprises human resource management, accurate identification and diagnosis the crises in the early stage and make forewarning analysis and take action effectively have become an urgent subject for every human resource manager.By analyzing the major problems of enterprises human resource management in our country, this paper clarifies the forewarning of the crises of human resource management. Basing on it, the models of diagnosis and forewarning of the crises of human resource management are constructed, and three modules of information system, diagnosable system and settle system of them are discussed detailedly.
