With the service economical era coming, service industry plays a more and more important role in Tibet area. The prosperous development of service industry in Tibet area has an extremely positive significance for the great-leap-forward development of Tibet's regional economies. There are few of researches related to the human resources management of Tibet service industry. This thesis tries to draw some valuable conclusions in this field.In the thesis, the writer overviews the theories of human resources management in service industry, analyzes some shortages of the human resources management of service industry in Tibet area, and puts forward some suggestions. At the same time, the writer expounds how to implement the problems which concluded from the analysis.Theme,Structure and Main ideaChapterⅠ: The writer takes an overview of theories of the human resources management in service industry. At the same time, the writer tries to analyze the characteristics of the human resources management in service industry. This part provides the theory basis for the author in her following study.ChapterⅡ: In this part ,the writer specifically analyzes the present situation of service industry and the human resources management of Tibet area. And the following parts which based on the situation thoroughly elaborate the characteristic of Tibet area service industry. Then, considering raising the level of service industry human resources management in Tibet area, the writer introduces some preferential policies in Tibet area which can attract the talent people.ChapterⅢ: In this part , the writer first studies the present situation of service industry human resources management in Tibet area, then analyzes the existing questions and reasons of the service industry human resources management in Tibet area from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. ChapterⅣ: this part is core of the thesis. In this part, based on the discussions of the former parts, the thesis puts forward the countermeasures and the suggestions which can resolve the existing problems of the service industry human resources management in Tibet area. At first, the writer proposes the corresponding countermeasures in view of the questions from the macroscopic and microscopic aspects. Secondly, bases on the opportunity and the challenge which service industry faces after the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway, the writer proposes some important suggestions to promote the level of Tibet service industry human resources management.ChapterⅤ: Two cases are analyzed to show how to resolve the human resources management of service industry in Tibet area.
