Economic Analysis Of Wasting Resources Problem

This paper is part of social science plan funding project of Jilin Province– The study of constructing a society of saving on resource type in Jilin province. This paper mainly focuses on wasting problems during the process of constructing resource saving type society. Because waste problem is a key factor in constructing saving type society. The objective of our country is to build resource-saving and environment-friendly society, for that reason saving resource is one of the fundamental strategies of our country in response to the problem of waste. To save means to fight against wasting at the same time. Waste of resource is a universal social phenomenon existing all over the world, and waste of resource is seriously blocking our economy development. Therefore, this issue has attracted attentions in all directions. The researches have not only revealed lots of symptoms of waste of resource, but also lead to established some policies aimed at reducing waste of resources. However, in order to eliminate waste of resources there is still need of systematic, thorough analysis and research on this issue.Systematic as well as complete analysis on the existing forms of waste of resource is absolutely necessary. As for wasting, the researches usually have explored on wasting phenomena in social economy field causing by production or other social economic activities as well as those waste of tangible assets, that's right but is not enough neither complete.In fact, existence of waste of resource including waste of tangible as well as intangible resources, such as spirits, energies, time etc. from materialistic to invisible, from macros copy to sub atomic, from society to family, everywhere. We categorize and analyze the waste of resource symptoms by action domain, action reasons and action results. The universality as well as complexity of existing waste of resource can be evidently showed through these studies.In order to eliminate of waste of resources, must identify the different causes of producing the waste of resources by synthesis of research. The waste problem can be caused by social economic as well as political macroscopic system, and also microscopic managerial problems, the objective reasons or subjective reasons, the behaviors conscience or unconscious.The problems of wasting resources must be solved urgently. Simply revealing, appealing eagerly, single project research and improvement take effects but are really hard to achieve satisfying practical results. So, wasting resource problems have to be cured synthetically to effectively stop, lessen and protect from waste of resource actions. Currently, it's time to act to anti-wasting by-laws to realize a real saving en resources type society.
