Management Study On Star Hotel In Chengdu Under MICE Economy

Along with the development of MICE economy, the multiple effect of MICE economy has been recognized little by little, and the drive on effect towards relevant industry has also aroused attention gradually. According to the relevant theory of Industry economics, Consumer behavior, Management science ,using both qualitative and quantitative method, the thesis analyzes the effect of star hotel in Chengdu city under MICE economy developing background, and then select Chengdu ,whose MICE economy developed healthy, as research object, so as to stretch forward management measures for star hotels in Chengdu. This thesis is composed of 5 parts altogether.Preface:The research status home and abroad, research significance, research method, mainly research content towards this research problem and the novel point of this thesis are clarified in the preface.Chapter 1:It restricted the concept of MICE economy, expounded the characteristic of MICE economy, and discussed the developing status,police environment and future developing trend of MICE economy in Chengdu.Chapter 2:It analyzed the star hotels condition in Chengdu under MICE industry, clarified the driving effect of MICE economy towards hospitality, and analyzed the effect of MICE economy towards Chengdu star hotels.Chapter 3 :This part introduced the management status of star hotels in Chengdu, and analyzed the existent problems of them under MICE industry such as the aspect of management idea, quality of service and marketing managment.Chapter 4:The author brought forward some measures and advices on star hotels'management in Chengdu under MICE industry towards the mainly existent problems, and chose chengdu luoman hotel as analyses object, analyzed the influence of MICE economy and the measures which was carried out by the hotel towards MICE economy.Conclusion:This part carried on the brief summary of the full text.
