Researches On Cultivating Rural Human Resources In Sichuan Provice

New socialist countryside is one with harmonious promotion in economic,political,cultural,social and the Chinese Party's construction,and is one with richness,democracy,culture and harmony.It is very important to cultivate the rural human resources in building new socialist countryside.Cultivating the rural human resources is not only the essential contents bult also the urgent demands and the most important prompting force in building new socialist countryside.But as for Sichuan Province's cultivating the rural human resources,there are such problems as great in quality,poor in quatity,unreasonable in structure.Therefore it is very important to analyze the problems in cultivating the the rural human resources and to put forward proper suggestions accordingly.This article studies Sichuan Province's human resources cultivation from four parts.The first part includes the connected theories of cultivating human resources,the current reseaches' condition,and the importance of human resources cultivation to building new socialist countryside.The second part analyzes the current situation in Sichuan's rural human resources cultivation. The situation is mainly great in quality,poor in quatity,unreasonable in structure . The third part analyzes the main problems in Sichuan's rural human resources cultivation from three aspects :the medical and sanitary condition is poor ,and both the educational and training systems are not healthy .After analyzing the above problems, the fourth part puts forward the following suggestions :improving the rural medical and sanitary condition,perfecting the educational systems to promote the human resources' moral and scientific qualities, Perfecting training systems to promote the human resources' laboring ability.
