Research On The Core Competence For Construction Supervision Enterprise

The implement of the supervising system for project could improve themanagement of construction effectively, make effort to standardize the market ofconstruction and make better use of construction money. At the same time, manysupervision enterprises were set up, many supervision enterprises participated in oneproject's bid. The phenomenon could improve the competition of constructionmanagement, the quality of construction, and save the investment and shorten the timefor project. The domestic supervising system for project was developing from the cubhood to the maturation phase. But comparing with foreign system, the level ofstandardization and scientificalness had a huge gap. The hysteretic in managementand system was obvious along with the development of economy and entrance intoWTO. The development of supervision enterprise was restricted by the hysteretic.Based on investigation and study in Hang Zhou market, used for reference aboutthe successful experience of foreign project consultation and project management, thisthesis analyzed the developmental actuality of supervision enterprise in Hang Zhouobjectively. Then some problems were found in the market of constructionsupervision such as low price, unhealthy code, non-standard market and so on. In theother aspect on the core competence of supervision enterprise in Hang Zhou, throughmaking use of the method of AHP and the Fuzzy synthesis appraisal, this thesis set upan appraisal system, and analyzed the factors on influencing the development ofsupervision enterprise in Hang Zhou. At last, the methods and approach of advancingthe core competence of supervision enterprise were proposed.
