From the general to the particular and discussion, drawing that the cost control, science and technology research, personnel training, management ability and quality control is the core development factors of high and new technology enterprise.First, elaborating the origin and significance of the topic, reviewing the related research at home and abroad, determining the reearch method, research objectives, research contents and plans, technical route and the important and difficult problem.Second, analyzing the core competitiveness, the constituent elements and the evaluation method of the core competitiveness, the ways to improve the enterprise core competitiveness, and then introducing the standards and procedures of high and new technology enterprise, the technology areas it covers and its characteristics and advantages, in the end, introducing the problem of core competitive power in high and new technology enterprise, and how to improve its core competitiveness.Next, analyzing the AHP method and Fuzzy mathematics Evaluation method, introducing the calculating process, the advantages and disadvantages of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, and how to use AHP method to analyze the cases, in the end, establishing the fuzzy hierarchy comprehensive evaluation model on the base of the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods.Finally, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analysis the Chuanqi photoelectric which is located in the economic and technological development zone of Yangzhou.
