The rural economysupported the urban economy heavily in the form of "Industry and AgricultureScissors Gap". And with other policies which is obviously incline to the city being putinto effect, the rural economy is far behind of the urban economy. Then they broughtthat the Chinese agriculture developed slowly and the difficult position beenconfronted with Chinese peasants. And the problems of AFRD of our countryappeared.
